Privacy Policy

Eyes in (“App”) is a photo collage application for turning your photographs into posts that join into one picture when swiped, and into single finished works. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

The App does not collect any personal information. There is no account or sign-in. Your photographs, your works, your handwriting, and how you use the App are never sent to us or to any third party. We operate no server for the App.

• Choosing photos: Only the photos you pick are read, when you pick them
• Saving works: Access to add photos is used only when you save a finished work to the Photos app
• Camera: Used only if you choose to take a photo from the photo picker
• Photo shooting data (EXIF): When you pick a photo, the camera, lens, settings and date recorded in it are read on your device so they can be engraved onto your work if you choose. They are never sent anywhere

The following features run entirely on your device using Apple frameworks. Nothing is sent anywhere.

• Removing a background (Vision): Separates the subject of a photo from its background
• Reading handwriting (Vision / Apple Foundation Models): Reads handwritten letters and, on devices that support Apple Intelligence, chooses a typeface that suits them

The App stores the following only on your device, so that you can continue where you left off.

• Your work in progress: The layout of the work you are making and the photos it uses
• “My handwriting”: Letters you collect in your own handwriting to use as a typeface
• Display preferences: Such as whether the view is locked

All of this is deleted when you delete the App.

After saving, you can open Instagram or the Photos app, or share your work through the iOS share sheet. The App only opens them; what you post or share is up to you, and is governed by each service’s own policy.

The App shows no advertising, performs no usage analytics, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
