Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Eyes in (“App”). Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon first use of the App.

The App lets you arrange your photographs, text, handwriting and shapes into posts that join into one picture when swiped, and into single finished works, and save them to your device.

The App is free. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Users must not use the App for any of the following.

• Creating or distributing works that violate laws or public morality
• Using photographs or other material that infringe the copyright, portrait rights, privacy or other rights of third parties
• Reverse engineering the App, or modifying and redistributing it

• Copyright to the works you make, and to the photographs and handwriting you use, belongs to you or the rightful holder
• The operator acquires no rights to your works, and has no access to them
• The typefaces bundled with the App are provided under their respective licences (such as the SIL Open Font License), and may be used in the works you make

• Your work in progress is stored only on your device, and is deleted when you delete the App
• Please save finished works to the Photos app. The operator cannot restore works that have been lost

• The App is provided “as is” and does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance
• Removing a background and reading handwriting depend on on-device processing by Apple, and may not always produce the result you expect
• How a post appears on Instagram or other services depends on those services and may change without notice
• The operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App, except as required by applicable law

The operator may change the content of the App, or end its distribution, at any time. Works already saved to your device remain yours.

These Terms may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
